How do they work?

Dynamic air compression uses a series of overlapping chambers within the boots that gently inflate and deflate in a controlled sequence. This wave-like motion mirrors the way your leg muscles naturally pump blood and lymphatic fluid back toward the heart.

As each chamber compresses, it applies light pressure to the muscles and soft tissue, helping to:

  • Encourage fresh, oxygenated blood to flow into the legs

  • Move stagnant fluid out of the tissues

  • Reduce inflammation and heaviness

  • Support the body’s natural recovery processes

Between each cycle, the boots release and relax, allowing the legs to rest before the next gentle squeeze. The result is a rhythmic, massage-like experience that helps your body feel lighter, less tense, and more supported.

What are the Benefits of Dynamic Compression?

Regular sessions can offer a range of recovery and wellbeing benefits, including:

• Faster muscle recovery: Helps reduce heaviness, fatigue and post-exercise soreness.

• Improved circulation: Encourages fresh, oxygenated blood to move through the legs.

• Reduced swelling & inflammation: Supports the movement of excess fluid, helping legs feel lighter and more mobile.

• Lymphatic support: The rhythmic compression helps stimulate natural lymphatic flow.

• Relief for tired, achy or overworked legs: Ideal after long shifts, standing all day, heavy training or travel.

• Enhanced mobility: Clients often notice better movement, ease and comfort through the lower body.
